For many years Cathy has been baking her wonderful cakes and pastries for my family and friends. The look and taste of her products, as always have been beautifully presented. Last Christmas for thank you gifts, Cathy baked miniature Caribbean fruit cakes, rugulah and assorted butter cookies that were nicely presented in gold boxes for my entire staff of over sixty employees. To this day, many of the employees are still raving about their edible gifts. Thanks for being there whenever I needed a cake or baked dessert.
